Community Upliftment Through Skills Development

Osdam Eco Facility is committed to building a sustainable future that extends beyond waste mangement - one that invests in people and communities.

Last week, we hosted a recycling training programme for ladies from our surrounding community who support us as casual and permanent staff on the farm and in the decanting store. The training focused on practical recycling knowledge, workplace safety, and sustainable practices.

Each participant received a Certificate of Achievement to acknowledge their dedication to learning and growth, along with a hygiene goodie bag as a small gesture of gratitude.

By equipping community members with skills and knowledge, we aim to create opportunities for economic empowerment, personal development, and long-term community resilience.
